Thank you for shopping with Black Canadiana. We want you to love your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below.
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@blackcanadiana.ca.
- Return Location: All approved returns must be sent to our facility in Calgary, Alberta, CANADA.
- Important: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately at info@blackcanadiana.ca if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature:
- Digital & Print Media: Publications and exclusive digital content.
- Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.
- Perishable & Personal Care Goods: Food, beauty products, or personal care items.
- Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
- Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate, new purchase for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, accompanied by a proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your funds, please contact us immediately at info@blackcanadiana.ca.
